The challenge
Renting a garage or a storage unit today means a classified ad, a phone call and a transfer made on trust. There is no contract, no payment confirmation and no way to check whether the space even exists or whether you can drive up to it. Both sides carry risk, so the market stays small and local.

The solution
I built a platform that carries the whole transaction from search through to the monthly payment. Search works by distance from a point on the map rather than by city name, and addresses are geocoded from free public sources instead of a paid API, so the cost of queries does not grow with traffic. On top of that: an operator panel for companies with many units, commission settlement and a full administrative back end with an activity log.

The outcome
The service runs in three languages and handles a listing from the moment a host adds it, through booking and contract, to recurring payment and commission settlement. Location pages and the price report were built for search from day one rather than bolted on after launch.
