Websites for hotels, guesthouses and holiday apartments
I design accommodation websites with one goal: more direct bookings. Every night booked with you rather than through a portal is the full amount instead of the amount minus commission.
I live in a town that lives off tourism, in the Polish mountains, and I have worked with accommodation businesses for years. I know what the difference between July and November looks like, what visibility on the booking portals costs and why the owner of a guesthouse has no time to correct a price list by hand in five different places.
An accommodation website has to do three things: sell the place with photographs, answer every question a guest has before booking, and let them book without picking up the phone. The rest is extras.
/Guesthouses and villas
Places with regular guests who should be coming back directly, not through a portal that takes commission on every stay.
/Apartments and short-term rentals
Several units, one calendar and a great deal of manual work. A site with availability and booking takes most of the phone calls off your hands.
/Hotels and venues with packages
Stay packages, seasonal offers, a restaurant, a spa area - all of it has to be editable by you, in minutes.
01/Scope
What the project includes
Direct booking
A form, an availability calendar or full integration with the booking system you already use.
Rooms and offers
Separate pages for rooms with photographs, facilities and prices - which also work as entry points from Google.
Stay packages
New Year, half-term, long weekends, last minute - added by you, without involving me.
Seasonal pricing
Different prices in different periods, without correcting them in five places at once.
Tourism SEO
Content built around how guests search for accommodation: the town, the attractions, the type of property, the dates.
Google Business Profile and Maps
Consistent details, photographs and reviews - for many guests this is the first contact with your property.
Language versions
An English or any other version of the site if you host guests from abroad.
Photography and aerial footage
Shots of the property and the surroundings that sell the place rather than merely showing a building.
An honest answer
"I am fully booked through the portals, why would I need a site?"
At full occupancy a website will not bring more guests - it changes how much you pay for each night. Portal commission can eat a significant part of the profit from a stay. If even some guests, particularly returning ones, book directly, the saved commission usually covers the cost of the site within a single season. You do not have to abandon the portals - you have to stop depending on them entirely.
02/Work

What does it cost?
The quote depends on the number of rooms and offers, how you handle bookings, the language versions and whether you need new photography. Tell me how you take bookings today and you get a quote split into stages.
03/FAQ
Questions I hear most often
Usually yes - most popular systems offer an integration or a widget. I check this at the very beginning, so we do not discover later that the calendars drift apart.
Yes, and for an accommodation business that is essential. You get a panel where you add packages and change seasonal prices, photographs and room descriptions.
Yes, I have the equipment and the licence for aerial photography and video. For accommodation businesses the material serves the website, the booking portals and social media at the same time.
Out of season, with 4-6 weeks to spare before the peak. A site launched in the middle of the season will not have time to build visibility for that season.
04/Contact
Tell me about your project. You will get a straight answer.
I do not send generated offers. Once I know what you need, you get a quote broken down into stages and a proposed scope - including the case where less turns out to be enough.
