Pricing

What does a website cost?

The honest answer is: it depends on the scope. Below I describe what goes into each type of project and what genuinely affects the price - so you know what you are paying for before we talk about a figure.

Business website

Service businesses, clinics, workshops, local brands

A complete company presence: the offer, the proof, the contact details and everything a customer needs to call you instead of looking further.

  • individual graphic design
  • up to a dozen or so pages
  • mobile version designed separately
  • copy written for keywords
  • contact form with notifications
  • technical SEO and Search Console
most often chosen

Extended website

Accommodation, companies with many services, multilingual brands

A site that does more than present: offers, seasonal price lists, a blog, language versions or bookings.

  • everything from the basic package
  • panel for editing content yourself
  • modules: offers, news, gallery
  • language versions
  • integrations (bookings, maps, calendar)
  • extended structured data

Online store

Online sales, manufacturers, local brands

A store built around your sales process - with an order panel, payments and product pages made for search.

  • product pages built for SEO
  • online payments and delivery
  • order and catalogue panel
  • variants, promotions, discount codes
  • integrations (warehouse, accounting)
  • ecommerce analytics

What affects the price

  • /Number of pages and modules

The more a site has to handle, the more work goes into the design and the code.

  • /Editing panel

Managing content yourself requires a back end - usually a separate stage of the project.

  • /Content and photography

If they have to be written and prepared from scratch, we plan extra time for it.

  • /Integrations

Payments, bookings, warehouse or accounting - every integration is its own scope.

  • /Language versions

A second language is not only translation, but also separate SEO and URL structure.

  • /Migration from an old site

Moving content and setting 301 redirects so the Google positions are not lost.

02/In every price

Always included, at no extra charge

  • individually created graphic design
  • code written from scratch, no WordPress and no templates
  • mobile version designed separately
  • technical SEO and a sitemap
  • structured data and Open Graph
  • Google Search Console connected
  • training on how to use the panel
  • 3 months of support after launch

Questions about money

  • Because a price given without knowing the project is invented. The same "business website" can mean five pages or a site with a panel, bookings and two language versions. Rather than putting up a number pulled from thin air, I would rather ask a few questions and give a figure I will stand by.

  • Usually within a day of the form being filled in. If the project is unusual, I call first with a few questions - and then the quote follows a day later.

  • As standard, in two or three instalments: a deposit at the start, part after the design is approved and the rest after launch. For larger systems we settle stage by stage.

  • The domain and the server, usually a modest annual amount. Support for the first three months is included in the price of the project. Ongoing cooperation on development and SEO afterwards is optional, not compulsory.

  • In euro or in Polish złoty, whichever suits you. I am a registered business in Poland, so for companies inside the European Union the VAT reverse charge applies.

  • Sometimes yes, and I say so directly. If you need one page with contact details to get moving, let us do exactly that instead of overpaying for features you will not use. It can always be extended later.

04/Contact

Tell me about your project. You will get a straight answer.

I do not send generated offers. Once I know what you need, you get a quote broken down into stages and a proposed scope - including the case where less turns out to be enough.
