Website with CMS

Juliya Tkachenko

A website for a beauty and aesthetic treatment studio in Szczawnica. Twenty-five separate treatment pages, a price list with a promotion switch, a before and after gallery and bookings through Booksy. The owner changes content, prices and photos herself in the admin panel, with no developer and no database.

The challenge

Until now the studio had a profile and bookings on Booksy, rated 4.8/5 across 125 reviews. It needed a website of its own, an elegant one, that presents the treatments, sends clients to book on Booksy and builds visibility on Google for local searches. Prices on Booksy change and are sometimes promotional, and the beauty industry calls for care: the copy must not claim unconfirmed qualifications or promise results.

The solution

I split the offer into twenty-five separate treatment pages, each with its own description, price, duration, questions and answers, contraindications and related treatments. The price list has a single source of data with a promotion switch, read by every tile and every page, so a price changed in one place changes everywhere. The gallery has category filters and a before and after slider, Booksy reviews sit in a carousel, and the blog and FAQ answer the questions clients ask before a visit. I downloaded the photos from the Booksy profile, corrected and optimised them. For local searches (Szczawnica, the Pieniny, Podhale) the site has structured data and a service area section, with no artificial spam pages. The panel is protected by a password with an image code, and three failed attempts block the IP address for a day. A backup of the file is created before every save.

The outcome

The site has 52 addresses in the sitemap instead of a single business card, and on mobile Lighthouse it scores 100 for SEO, accessibility and best practices, and 89 to 96 for performance. A custom audit of all 52 pages found no errors: no horizontal scrolling at 360 px, one H1 per page, complete metadata and no dead links. The owner changes content, prices, photos, reviews and redirects herself and the changes show immediately. The data sits in files with no database, which keeps backups simple and running costs low.
