The challenge
The offer changes with the season: kayaks and off-road in summer, skiing in winter. The site had to serve both seasonal faces of the same company and reach visibility before the winter season started.

The solution
I arranged the content around how people actually search for activities in this region: type of activity, difficulty, town and time of year. Added to that: structured data, fast loading on mobile and simple contact options, because most of the traffic comes from phones.

The outcome
The site appeared in the results for its main industry keyword within six weeks - before the peak of the season.
