KSM Vehicles
A website for an upholstery cleaning business in Dębica, southern Poland. Eleven separate service pages, four local ones and eight guides - all built around the questions customers ask before they book. Photographs come from real jobs and the owner uploads them straight from his phone.

The challenge
Nobody orders upholstery cleaning blind. Customers want to know what it costs, how long it takes to dry and whether a child car seat will come back safe to use. The decision is also local - what matters is whether the company will drive out to your town. A single page of generalities answers none of that, and the owner has no time to reply to the same message for the hundredth time.

The solution
I split the offer into eleven separate pages - each service with its own address, scope of work, description of the process and a starting price. On top of that, four local pages for the towns the jobs actually come from, and eight guides answering the exact questions that come up on the phone: how long a sofa takes to dry, whether a child seat can be washed, how to remove cigarette smell from a car. The gallery shows only photographs from real jobs, no stock imagery. To make that practical, the panel accepts photos straight from an iPhone and converts the HEIC format to a web one by itself - the owner takes a picture when the job is done and uploads it with no editing at all.

The outcome
The site has 29 indexed pages instead of a single business card, each answering a different search query. Pricing, reviews, gallery and enquiries all live in the panel, so the company runs the site itself without coming back to me for every price change. It works without a database - the content sits in files, which at this scale means fewer things that can break and a lower running cost.
